Food was first class

Worst experience, ordered this for my sons birthday dinner, massive hairs in the pizzas, absolutely vile, slid it right out from under the cheese!!! Barely any chips! Pakora & donner were alright, but not enough to get me to come back! Had to make my own chips as there wasn't enough to go round! Such a shame as this place used to be good, went right downhill!

IV been loyal for a while but it's become worse every time , this time was very cold , seemed pale and under cooked , the quality of the meat has dropped dramatically, it's not German btw . It's a shame , I won't be back

Fab as usual!!! Donner heaven with mixed pakora nom nom oh, and tried the chicken tikka loaded fries, lovely melted cheese, not much cheese sauce tho but still tasty 😋🤤

We ordered two burgers, both were supposed to come with brioche buns, pickles, onions, tomatoes, and sauce. What we actually received was completely different. Both burgers came on flat, cheap buns (not brioche), with defrosted beef instead of proper patties, and absolutely none of the vegetables or sauce. Just a dry, flat bun with a low-quality beef patty. We paid £13 for one burger and £10.49 for the other, so we expected a much higher standard. When we called to ask if there had been a mix-up, we were told they simply “didn’t have the ingredients.” That should have been communicated before sending out such poor replacements. Extremely disappointing experience, definitely not worth the price.

Ordered a mix kebab with cheese. The bread was dry and flaky and hard. Non edible the meat was dry too. Really not up to standard tbh won’t be back in a hurry.

Arrived an hour later than what was stated online and food was stone cold when it arrived . Delivery driver didnt seem inteested either . Had ordered from before and food was great .

We always order from here , they are great but this order was extremely under cooked , both the Donner and the chicken felt like it needed more time, I couldn't eat it sorry 😔
